I tried to use go.icq.com client and when it opens new window where a icq client should be, it throws this:

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'cookies.php' (include_path='.:./includes') in .../a/index.php on line 91
In ./includes directory is no cookies.php file. So, if it should be there and is missing in download package, please put it in.
