This release is generally a bug fix for a couple of bugs, the biggest bug being the sending of unencoded URLs upon initial site requests. Also, fixed problems with HTTP refresh header, as well as meta refresh tags.

As well as a few Content-Type issues, such as the ability to download torrents and other content that should be downloaded and not read… however, we still need to add in a section to change the file name to that of the file requested. I’m just too busy at the moment… Sorry everyone. But soon, defiantly within a month, hopefully before Monday, but we’ll what my schedule is like.
